Dr. Kristin Weiss, PhD, SPHR has over 20 years of experience building and driving large scale selection, talent management and HR strategy initiatives across global operations. Kristin began her career in employee selection, developing customized hiring assessments for roles in the retail, healthcare, operations and corporate/tech industries; managing and expanding Amazon's Bar Raiser interviewing program during a time of high growth; and creating an integrated assessment and recruitment strategy for Amazon's International Consumer Business in Europe.

More recently Kristin has focused on HR Strategy, Talent Management and Leadership Development at Amazon and Blue Origin. Kristin is passionate about developing workforce planning strategies that support long- and short-term succession planning, strategic development and movement of internal talent, and thoughtful organizational design that balances the needs of the organization, managers and employees.
